One of the most popular areas in Mexico is the tropical port of Mazatlan. The beaches in Mazatlan
provide the perfect backdrop for all types of water activities. Mazatlan also offers a taste of old
Mexico mixed with a cosmopolitan atmosphere. This city is locally known as 'the nightlife capital of the Mexican Riviera.'

Mazatlan hosts the world's third largest Carnaval (Mardi Gras) after Rio de Janero and New Orleans.
Festivities daily in town, or escape from it all at Emerald Bay!

Pueblo Bonito Emerald Estates is located just outside Mazatlan in what is being called "New Mazatlan".
