Montecristo Estates by Pueblo Bonito is located on the Pacific Side of Cabo san
Lucas.
These amazing three-bedroom villas are located on the same grounds as the Pueblo
Bonito Sunset Beach property. Each villa has its own pool! You will have full
access to the Sunset Beach resort and the other Pueblo Bonito resorts on Medano
Beach, Blanco and Rose. The villa sleeps up to 10 people. Two rooms
have king beds and the third bedroom has two queen beds. There is also a pull-out
sleeper sofa in the living room. Full kitchen - even an oven!
There is a free shuttle that runs between Sunset Bech and Pueblo Bonito Rose.
These are actually what are called "fractional ownership" This means that
I own half of a month. At this time I own the first half of February on
odd years and the first
half of March in even years. But other weeks are usually easily available Special rates apply for either of these two timeframes.
Otherwise you can rent by the week. Typically the weeks available for the
rest of the year of the 1st through 8th, 8th through 15th, 15th through 22nd, 16th
through 23rd, 23rd through 30th or 24th through 31st. Discounts may be available
for last minute travel. Rates are slightly higher for Christmas and New Year's
weeks.
